Vera Wang

Fashion designer, Vera Wang was born in 1949 in New York City. As a former figure skater, elegance, grace and poise are a strong theme in both her fashion designs and fragrances. Wang was appointed to the role of senior fashion editor at Vogue magazine, a position she held for 15 years. After changing career paths and following her love of fashion design she was appointed to design director at Ralph Lauren.

Wang has since branched out from solely designing bridal wear to creating everything from lingerie to home products, including stunning fragrances. One of her most successful fragrances is Princess – a dreamy, girly and whimsical blend of exotic flowers, apples and creamy vanilla.
