Exclusive Shopper Program Terms & Conditions

  1. The Exclusive Shopper card is issued by and remains the property of Cosmetics Fragrance Direct. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct reserves the right to withdraw the card at any time and Cosmetics Fragrance Direct will not be liable for any loss arising from the withdrawal of the card at the sole discretion of Cosmetics Fragrance Direct.

  2. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct reserves the right to alter or amend the conditions of operation of the Exclusive Shopper program, or terminate the program at any time. No alteration, amendment or termination will affect any discount vouchers which have been issued at the time of any alteration, amendment or termination of the scheme. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct will not be liable for any loss resulting from the termination of the scheme from the date that the termination notice is served by way of notice in a Cosmetics Fragrance Direct store.

  3. Application for and/or use of the Exclusive Shopper card indicates acceptance of the rules and terms and conditions of the Exclusive Shopper program.

  4. To the extent permitted by law, Cosmetics Fragrance Direct will not be liable for any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the Exclusive Shopper program and will not be liable for any loss resulting from any errors, omissions, delays or disruptions in the operation of the Exclusive Shopper program.

  5. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct reserves the right to adjust Exclusive Shopper points accrued that have resulted from operator error, computer error and/or fraud or any other reason beyond the control of Cosmetics Fragrance Direct.

  6. All participants in the Exclusive Shopper program must be residents of Australia or New Zealand.

  7. The Exclusive Shopper card cannot be used as a credit, guarantee or proof of identity card.

  8. It is the Exclusive Shopper member's responsibility to notify Cosmetics Fragrance Direct administration, or the staff at any Cosmetics Fragrance Direct, of any change of address or membership details of that member. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct will not be liable for any loss of points arising from the time taken to replace a lost or stolen Exclusive Shopper card.

  9. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct reserves the right to charge an administration fee of $5.00 + GST for any additional cards issued for a member account.

  10. The Exclusive Shopper card can be used at any Cosmetics Fragrance Direct store or online store.

  11. To earn points for a transaction the Exclusive Shopper Card must be presented/entered at the register/checkout at the time of the transaction, otherwise the Exclusive Shopper member details cannot be captured and points cannot be allocated. Points cannot be claimed for retrospective purchases.

  12. Exclusive Shopper points will be earned for purchases made at Cosmetics Fragrance Direct stores.

  13. Points are earned on every dollar spent. Part points are earned on part dollars spent*. Points earned are GST inclusive.

  14. Bonus points will be offered on selected merchandise from time to time.
  15. Exclusive Shopper rewards has converted to eVouchers. Customers who have accrued at least 200 Exclusive Shopper points will receive vouchers as credit automatically added to their card and an emailed to advise them of the credit. The qualifying Exclusive Shopper point’s levels are calculated regularly.

  16. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct will not be responsible for the replacement of any Exclusive Shopper vouchers emailed/mailed but not received by members due to an incorrect or out of date address, or vouchers that have been lost in the email/mail system. These may be replaced at the discretion of the Exclusive Shopper co-ordinator should they have not been presented.

  17. Exclusive Shopper vouchers can be used at any time, for any goods that the Cosmetics Fragrance Direct store has in stock at the time of redemption. Exclusive Shopper eVouchers cannot be exchanged for cash however the customer may choose to redeem any credit amount available on their card. Credit is valid for up to 90 days from the date of receiving email. This is dependent on the type of credit valid - Promotional credit may carry a different expiry date.

  18. The redemption value of points is ten dollars per two hundred points. The redemption value of points and expiry date may be changed at the discretion of Cosmetics Fragrance Direct at any time.

  19. Exclusive Shopper vouchers are individually bar-coded for security reasons and are non-transferable. The system will not allow a voucher to be presented more than once. If redeeming online, make sure you are a registered member of the website and have added your card number so your voucher can be validated against your Exclusive Shopper account. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct employees reserve the right to ask for the Exclusive Shopper card linked to the voucher to be shown at the time of redemption.

  20. Exclusive Shopper discount vouchers will be issued with an expiry date of up to 90 days from the issue date. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct is not required to honour a voucher that has passed its expiry date.

  21. The promoter of Exclusive Shopper is Cosmetics Fragrance Direct Pty Ltd which is located at 3/860 Kingsford Smith Drive, Eagle Farm, Qld, 4009.

  22. Cosmetics Fragrance Direct reserves the right to trademarks and copyrights of the Exclusive Shopper Program including the 'Exclusive Shopper' name, Exclusive Shopper slogan and all artwork, images and print copy associated with the Exclusive Shopper program.
