Cosmetics Fragrance Direct is proud to support the Think Pink Foundation. This wonderful foundation provides a range of services for women and men, as well as their families, who are fighting breast cancer.

The Think Pink approach to those with breast cancer is a positive outlook with an emphasis on wellness, rather than illness. Each patient is supported, educated and empowered to enable a better journey through breast cancer. The foundation nurtures patients emotionally and physically. Through an awareness of individual circumstances, Think Pink ensures each person gets the most from their services. Think Pink reminds those with breast cancer that they are not alone and a friend is never far away.

In 2010, Think Pink launched The Living Centre in Melbourne which offers necessary and free activities for those experiencing or recovering from breast cancer. These include education seminars, days of indulgence and emergency accommodation, amongst others. The Living Centre is a vital part of Think Pink's inspiring work. Within the next five years, Think Pink hopes to have a Living Centre in each capital city across Australia.

The team is excited to commence their new programs such as the TLC support group on Wednesday 23 October, 2013. This morning tea will be held for women with advanced breast cancer. Other new events include the walking group, reach and renew Wednesday, living with cancer education and tai chi. Think Pink have a range of exciting activities that you can get involved in to show your support. For example, the Light Lunch for Living on Sunday 20 October and a Sunset Sailing evening at Royal Melbourne Yacht Squadron on 23 October. For tickets and more information, visit their website.
