Cosmetics Fragrance Direct uses Australia Post to deliver your purchase. Currently we do not ship outside of Australia. All products are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, QLD.

Standard delivery times are between 2-17 business days depending on your location. You can see an estimated delivery time by Australia Post here. Express post is not offered due to the flammable nature of perfume as it is classified as a dangerous good and is required to be transported by road.

Australia Post has stated that signatures are not required upon delivery for all parcels, whether you are collecting from a post office or at home. If there is no one present at address, your parcel will be taken to a Post Office for collection. Please ensure your full address (including business name if applicable) is completed. Please be aware that once your order has left the warehouse, we are not involved in the delivery process of your parcel. You will receive a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number.
