This revolutionary new product from Duo is an adhesive when wet, then becomes eyeliner when dry. Fine tip applicator makes applying a breeze. 

To apply:

1. Apply 2 coats of adhesive eyeliner along the upper lash line. 

2. Place false lashes on adhesive eyeliner whilst liner is still semi wet and gently press down to secure.
