Cosmetics Fragrance Direct stands by our product. We can guarantee the products are genuine and authentic.

Please choose carefully. We do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make wrong selections. You can choose between a refund, exchange or credit where goods are faulty, wrongly described, different from a sample shown to you or don’t do what they are supposed to.

If you feel that your purchase may be faulty, incorrectly described, different from a sample shown to you or doesn't do what it's supposed to then we require you to contact Cosmetics Fragrance Direct Customer Service within 14days of receiving your purchase.

SHIPPING AND FREIGHT

Cosmetics Fragrance Direct uses Australia Post to deliver your purchase. Currently we do not ship outside of Australia. All products are packed and dispatched from our warehouse in Brisbane, QLD.

Standard delivery times are between 2-17 business days depending on your location. You can see an estimated delivery time by Australia Post here. Express post is not offered due to the flammable nature of perfume as it is classified as a dangerous good and is required to be transported by road. At the current time there is a delay within the Australia Postal service due to Covid-19.

All shipping is a flat-rate of $8.95

We encourage you to use your work or other suitable business hours address for a safe and secure delivery. Australia Post has stated that signatures are not required upon delivery for all parcels, whether you are collecting from a post office or at home. If there is no one present at address, your parcel will be taken to a Post Office for collection. Please ensure your full address (including business name if applicable) is completed. A daytime phone number may also be useful if we need to contact you about your order. More information about Australia Post measures can be read here.

Please be aware that once your order has left the warehouse, we are not involved in the delivery process of your parcel. You will receive a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number should you wish to view your order's progress here. Please check your junk/spam mail for the confirmation email before contacting us. If you have not received your parcel within the estimated time on the Australian Post website here, you can lodge an investigation with Australia Post using your tracking details here.
