  6. Do you price match?

  7. I don’t have an Exclusive Shopper Card. What is it?

    It is our own Loyalty Program which enables you to earn points every time you shop, receive bonuses and special member only offers. You will earn 1 point for every $ you spend.

  8. What if an item I have purchased in the past isn’t available on your website currently?

    Cosmetics Fragrance Direct buying focus is on hot prices. Therefore if we cannot buy an item at a great price to pass onto the customer we will wait to stock it again. This gives you the confidence our prices are the best we can offer every day of the year.

    We only charge a $5 flat rate Australia wide and it's FREE if you spend over $80.

  16. How long will it take to receive my order?

    Standard delivery times are between 2-10 business days depending on your location. Your items will be shipped from sunny Brisbane, Queensland.

  17. If I placed my order today when will my order be shipped?

    Orders will be shipped on the closest business day. Once your order is shipped you will receive a confirmation email which will include your Australia Post tracking number should you wish to view your order's progress.

  18. What if I my order has not arrived?

  25. How long will perfume last?

    If kept in a cool, dark and dry place, perfume should last up to 5 years from when it was opened.

  26. Where should I keep perfume?

    Perfume should be kept in a cool, dark and dry place. Ensure that the lid is kept on the bottle to avoid the fragrance evaporating.

  27. How should I apply perfume?

    Perfume can be applied in different ways. It can be dabbed or spritzed onto the pulse points, such as your wrists and neck. You can also spray fragrance into the air and walk through the mist. Or as Coco Chanel said, spray fragrance anywhere you wish to be kissed. Fragrance should not be overwhelming and is designed to be a subtle, pleasant experience.

    If you can smell your own fragrance, it has probably been applied too strongly.

  28. What is the difference between Eau de Toilette, Eau de Parfum and Parfum?

    Parfum contains the highest concentration of perfume oils, followed by Eau de Parfum, then Eau de Toilette. The higher the concentration of oils is in your fragrance, the longer the smell will last on your skin and the smaller the amount that is needed to be applied.

  29. Why won’t my Exclusive Shopper voucher redeem online?

    Make sure you are registered on the website, have added your card number and login so your eVoucher credit or individual voucher numbers are securely available to you.

  30. Do I need to be registered with the Website?

    If you’re registered you can login and check the status of your order, but most importantly, you need to be registered and have added your card number to check your Exclusive Shopper Points, change your profile details and earn and redeem your Exclusive Shopper Vouchers.

  31. Can I give my vouchers to someone else to use online?

    No. Exclusive Shopper vouchers are individually bar-coded for security reasons. If redeeming online, make sure you are registered on the website and have added your card number so your vouchers can be validated against your Exclusive Shopper account.

  32. What are eVouchers?

    As you accumulate your valuable Exclusive Shopper Points, you will receive your vouchers as credit automatically added to your Exclusive Shopper Card instead of receiving paper vouchers in the post. We will email you to advise you of your credit that may be used Instore or Online. Any current paper vouchers you have will still qualify in addition to your eVouchers until their expiry.

  33. Can I use my eVoucher Online?

    Yes, You have to be registered on the website, have added your Exclusive Shopper card number and are logged in to your account so your eVoucher credit or individual voucher numbers are securely available to you.

  34. Do I need to use each of my Exclusive Shopper Vouchers in full?

    eVoucher – No. You may choose to use any amount of your available credit until its expiry. Paper Voucher - Yes you do. Exclusive Shopper reward vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash nor is change provided when purchases do not exceed the value of the vouchers presented.

  35. Why can’t I see the eVoucher option at the checkout?

    Make sure you are a registered member of the website and have added your card number so your voucher can be validated against your Exclusive Shopper account. You must be logged in to your account and have available credit for the eVoucher option to be available.
